Keep everything from the reference image exactly the same: the single armchair, the grandmother, the ginger cat on the backrest, the TV and its washed-out screen with the faint reflection. Change only the wall: remove the window next to the TV, the TV hangs on a plain cozy wall with soft wallpaper. The window is behind the camera and not visible, bright sunlight comes from behind the camera and falls directly on the TV screen, creating strong white glare on it. 3D animated cartoon style, soft cinematic lighting, highly detailed, vertical 9:16
