The 18 year old boy gets captured by the jaws of the tyrannosaurus show a view of the boy hanging from the jaws being carried by the back of his pants and each step the tyrannosaurus makes causes the boy to swing limply in its jaws making his shirt to be pushed down to his neck exposing his entire back and stomach.
