Character design sheet for a 3D animated short, polished feature-animation look, exactly the same rendering style, materials and lighting quality as the reference frames. Slightly redesign the two characters from the references so they are more appealing, expressive and memorable for a viral short, while they stay clearly recognizable as the same couple with the same costumes.
Layout: plain soft warm-grey studio background. Left half: HER. Right half: HIM. Each character shown full body, front view, standing, with a row of four head close-ups below: bored, sad, delighted with sauce on the face, eyes-closed bliss. No text, no labels.
HER: petite young woman, rounder soft face with rosy cheeks, bigger expressive brown eyes with long lashes, bright red lipstick, glossy dark-cherry bob haircut with a bold side-swept fringe, large pearl drop earrings, long emerald-green satin evening gown with a subtle sparkle, long black evening gloves.
HIM: very tall and thin elegant man, keep his very long pointed nose and long chin, thick expressive dark eyebrows, slicked-back black hair with one rebellious curl falling on his forehead, a gold-rimmed monocle on a thin gold chain over his right eye, black tailcoat, white waistcoat, white bow tie.
Strong height contrast: the top of her head reaches his chest.
