The same old Russian grandmother from the reference photos (same face, same wrinkles, same colorful floral headscarf, flowered fleece robe, knitted grey-brown cardigan, glasses on a cord, gold tooth). Scene: sitting at her kitchen table with ripped jeans on her lap, sewing up the hole on the knee with a needle and bright red thread, looking at the camera with a sly caring smile, gold tooth showing. Leave empty space in the upper third of the frame. Photorealistic, like a smartphone photo, real skin texture, natural light. No text, no logos, no watermarks.
