Photorealistic vertical 9:16 phone-video frame, a closer shot. CRITICAL: the woman must have the EXACT SAME young face and SMOOTH CLEAR youthful skin as reference image 1 — minimal freckles, no heavy pigmentation, even clear complexion, long wavy silver-white hair, pale blue-green eyes. Do not add extra freckles or age the skin. Same bright minimalist American kitchen, small American flag, cream linen shirt as reference 2.
She holds up a clear glass in which chia seeds have fully SWELLED into a thick translucent gel — the chia gel is obviously gelatinous and stringy, lifting a spoon from the glass with a visible gooey gel strand stretching down to show how thick and set it is. Her face is in the upper frame with a warm natural half-smile, looking toward the camera. Bright natural daylight, youthful clear complexion. No on-screen text, no captions, no watermark.
