IMAGE EDIT of the attached reference image — it is the SAME character. Keep the composition, pose, framing, facial identity, art style, kit, background and every other detail EXACTLY as in the reference. Change ONLY this: small Thai woman landlady, petite 150cm, tanned skin, black hair in a neat bun with a pink flower, stern but caring face, purple floral apron over light yellow t-shirt, dark sarong pants, rubber flip-flops, holding broom and rent bill, clean cozy 2D cartoon style.
