Keep everything in Image 1 exactly as it is, change only the arms: she holds the staff with both hands in front of her chest, just like in Image 2, so from behind her arms are hidden by her torso and only her elbows stick out at the sides of her body — the right elbow slightly higher than the left, matching the diagonal of the staff. Hands and fingers are not visible at all. Remove the wrist cuff and any hand shapes near the staff. The staff shaft passes behind her body and its lower tip appears below her cape at the bottom, so it clearly runs behind her.
